Let’s get real.
You didn’t become an OT to feel drained, stretched, or trapped by your own business.
But somehow, your time disappears. Your energy's gone by Wednesday.
And your calendar? It’s running you and not the other way round.
This live session is your permission slip to stop pouring your energy into a leaky bucket.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clearer sense of what’s actually draining your time and drive.
- A no-fluff breakdown of how to build a business that runs on alignment, not hustle
- Strategies to design your work around your energy, your strengths, and your values.
 - Tools to stop doing the stuff that fills you with dread, and start doing what actually works.Â
Because here’s the truth:
You didn’t get into this work to feel like a shell of yourself.
You’re not lazy.
You’re just bleeding energy into tasks, systems, and habits that were never built for you.
As Greg McKeown says in Essentialism:
“If you don’t prioritise your life, someone else will.”

Here’s what other OTs are saying about transforming their time, energy, and business with this approach:

Meet Your Guide:
Â
Hello, I'm Beki Eakins a home educating mum of 2 kids, currently living in North Wales, UK. I loved being an OT, and worked for 13 years before pivoting. It was actually a personal disaster that led to my burnout (my former husband had a massive heart attack when our kids were young). At the same time, the OT job I loved on an ambulance disbanded, and I was moved into a job I didn’t enjoy. I lost my buzz not just for OT, but for life.Â
I felt trapped, as I could not cope with work any longer. I could no longer do work that I felt no excitement for. I could no longer tolerate the short holidays allowed as an OT. I could no longer tolerate “going” to work and leaving my kids at home.
I rejected all of it. I refused to work as an OT in a way that conflicted with my values.
I refused to accept that this was all life had to offer.
My kids needed me to be more present. The constant battle of needing money and running a home.
I felt broken.
But this was just the beautiful beginning of a new way.
I had no idea to change my reality. We were part of the worldschooling community, and I could see others with less qualifications than we had as OTs, making way more income online. I saw they were selling products, affiliate marketing, stocks and shares, and different business models.
I wanted their freedom - but I also craved fulfilment in the work I did. I felt as OTs we had a bigger skillset, but I couldn’t figure out how to monetise this.Â
I didn’t like my current story - so I wrote a new one. It wasn’t easy, but it did come together.
I was forced to creating a new life due to burnout. After I achieved the freedom, so many OTs kept asking me HOW. Eventually, I realised my passion lay more in business development and I created a programme to teach OTs how to create their own freedom. This business became a 6 figure business in a short space of time. I helped lots of OTs in the first year of this business, but I found that there were more OTs wanting the same success and with only 1 of me, I was limited. The business has grown the last few years, with the most incredible team of OT experts, helping to support our clients.Â
My vision for the business is to support OTs from all corners of the world in creating freedom. This means being able to double their income, working less and working online. This impact means we leave a trail of happy OTs who have been able to spend more time with their families, have time for self-care and location freedom.
