Meet Brad Williams
Brad Williams is the founder and CEO of Williams OT in Adelaide, a practice dedicated to mobility and driving independence. A late bloomer who spent a decade as a baker before studying occupational therapy, Brad started Williams OT in 2011 and now leads a 14-person team helping people with disabilities to drive and thrive.
With the help of Beki, Brad has created Drive With Me, a structured, evidence-informed online program that supports parents and teens with Autism, ADHD, or learning differences to build driving readiness and success. The program blends coaching, practical strategies, and staged progression with attention to executive function, emotional regulation, and safer decision-making. While discussing the program, Brad shares why freedom is not only about more time off. It is also about financial security, stability for staff and families, and creating programs that make an impact sustainably. His current focus is on building programs that deliver better outcomes for clients while giving his team clearer pathways to thrive.
Brad co-hosts the Drive-Able Podcast, is linked with the Get Home Safe Foundation, a road safety organisation, and contributes to OT Australia’s Driver Task Force. He is a leader in the driving with disabilities space and is now innovating new ways assistance can be provided so people don’t get left behind.
