1. Selling High-Ticket Offers Is Easier Than Selling Low-Cost Ones

Yes, really.

It sounds backwards — but in my early days, I poured everything into selling £35 memberships, £150 workshops, and low-cost product kits. The effort was massive… and the return? Exhausting.

What no one tells you is that people spending less money often ask more questions. There’s more hesitation, more energy output from you, and — ironically — less commitment from the buyer.

But when I finally started selling high-ticket offers (£2k, £3k, £5k+), I realised the sales process actually felt easier. Buyers showed up ready — intuitively, powerfully, and often without question. Because transformation isn’t about the price, it’s about the perceived value.

And as an OT? The transformation you offer is huge.
You’re sitting on years of skill, intuition, and tools for deep change — far more valuable than you probably realise. It’s time to stop undercharging and start packaging that value properly.

2. Sales and Self-Belief Are the Same Thing

If you struggle to sell… you probably struggle to believe in yourself. I certainly did.

I avoided sales calls. I preferred hiding in private messages. I doubted anyone would pay me for anything, even when they already were.

And honestly? That lack of self-belief was the biggest block in my business.

Here’s what changed it:

  • I made mindset work part of my daily routine
  • I used energy clearing tools like EFT and hypnosis
  • I did deep shadow work to confront the parts of me I wanted to ignore
  • I rewrote the money stories keeping me small

Because here’s the truth:
If your inner critic believes success is unsafe, you’ll sabotage every opportunity that comes your way.

You can shift this. You can rebuild belief. And when you do? Your business will finally start reflecting the power you’ve had all along.

3. Simplicity Is a Superpower

Most OTs-turned-entrepreneurs (myself included) start out overcomplicating everything.

Ten spreadsheets. Twenty tabs. Four different offers. Fifty free trainings.
And somehow… no real progress.

I’ve learned (the hard way) that being busy is not a badge of honour.
It’s often just disorganised thinking in disguise.

So I stripped everything back. I decluttered my content, simplified my systems, and focused only on what truly moved the needle. Now, my team works from one shared Drive folder. My marketing is lean. My energy is focused.

And the results? Bigger, faster, better… with less work.

Because clarity, belief and simplicity are what get you results. Not more hours. Not more qualifications. Not another “quick win” freebie.
